Base Salary: $45,000 - $53,000 (commensurate with experience) plus excellent benefits and $10,000+ in bonus potential! This company also boasts a positive work-life balance, striving for 5 day/45 hour work weeks!
General Manager Qualifications:
3+ years of restaurant management experience
Experience managing a fast paced, high volume operation
P&L knowledge and makes effective decisions to control key costs
Experience hiring, training, and retaining quality staff members
