Dante is looking for servers and server assistants/food runners to join our team. Dante is Omaha's first restaurant dedicated to farm-to-table Italian cuisine and authentic, wood-fired Neapolitan pizza.
What do we need from you?
Host candidates should be outgoing, personable and possess great organizational skills. Experience with OpenTable is great, but not mandatory.
Server candidates should have a minimum of two years working in a full-service restaurant, including one year of waiting tables
Server assistant candidates should have a minimum of one year working in a full-service restaurant
Server candidates should have basic knowledge of wine and cocktails, and how to pair drinks with food
A strong sense of curiosity is a mustdo you want to learn about local farms, pasta styles, seafood, Italian wine and Italian cooking techniques?
Servers should have daytime availability. Food runners are needed in the evenings
