Current position available: (experience preferred, but will train!)
Landscape maintenance / Gardener:
General tasks:
-spring mulching
-trimming shrubs
-maintaining / installing annuals & perennials
-small tree work
-weeding & monthly bed maintenance.
We've been expanding our landscape maintenance, and have enormous room for growth.
Ideally, you will be able to establish & maintain client relationships, from discussing their ideas to being able to implement those same ideas.
You will need more skills than just general labor.
Would be beneficial to understand plant identification, and possibly have some schooling and / or a horticulture degree.
The ability to work solo or with a team, is vital.
Some smaller maintenance jobs you will be handling as your own account.
We cross-train all employees, so that all members appreciate each others assignments.
Let's talk money!
-we aim for 4 days @ 10hrs. Leaving you a 3 day weekend!
-pay based on experience and attitude.
-Both full-time positions (35-40 hrs) & part-time positions (20-25 hrs) are available.
