We are looking for a new team member to join us Full-Time Monday thru Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM.
Job Duties:
Fill out Bill of Lading Schedule Tracks
Accurately prepare and properly package outgoing shipments efficiently to ensure safe delivery
Match all information on pack list against material received and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain clean, organized, and safe workplace
Work well with team members and be able to follow instructions and Pen Steel policies
Qualifications:
1-2 years prior Shipping experience required
Good Math Aptitude
Forklift experience
Excellent attendance required
Experience working with computer and computer programs
Physical Demands:
Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing
Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching
Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds
Requires activities involving being around moving machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, and exposure to dust, fumes and gases
