The Sales Specialist is responsible and accountable for engaging past client accounts, opening new client accounts and hitting stated quarterly sales numbers.
Responsibilities Include:
Developing prospecting lists
Prospecting new accounts
Holding discovery calls
Managing various sales pipelines and communications
Scheduling and holding proposal calls
Closing new clients
Increasing current and past client account value
Manage initial onboard of new and past clients
Ensuring smooth transition to client success team
Organization of Position:
The Sales Specialist reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager who will conduct quarterly reviews/conversations. The main responsibility is for new business acquisition, existing account growth and achieving stated company goals for new revenue.
Working Hours:
18 hours/wk (part time)
Pay Structure:
Base + commission - exact structure and amounts outlined during interview
Bonus System:
Based on new revenue and account growth
