What does an exceptional Software Development Engineer, Sr do?In this role, you will work closely with business partners on identifying needs and converting those needs to working software. The successful candidate will spend the bulk of their time developing our system, and leading integration projects.

Responsibilities:• Identify Business needs and translate those to actionable solutions• Collaborate with all levels of the organization for cross functional projects• Programming and analysis for recommended technical solutions in support of ERP system• Design, Develop, modify, and maintain existing programs.• Provide technical leadership for AS/400• Documentation of requirements, specifications, business processes recommendations• Define, document and execute test cases• Drive team success and divide work according to skillset and technical expertise

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:• 8+ years of full software development lifecycle experience• Strong RPG (III, IV, free) & general analysis skills. RPG Free is our primary language• Strong in SQL• Proven ability to plan & execute complex cross-functional projects• Strong problem solving and analytical skills• Team player who can thrive in a collaborative environment• Strong time/priority management• Excellent verbal and written communications• Results oriented and adaptable
