Owner/Builder of Single Family Home in Granby, Grand County, Colorado looking for 2 good individuals for construction help in Phase 2. We have already have foundation in place and will be erecting the house and sealing it before winter 2020.
Pay starting at $25/hour NET( take-home) ( on 1099 Independent contractor basis), more pay for experienced help.
I am offering a minimum 4 month contract at full time ( 40 hrs/week) = $16,000 net minimum with potential 1 to 1.5 more months.
Work hours 7:30 to 4:30, 1 hr lunch or 30 min. lunch with 2 15 min. breaks . Monday - Friday, weekends off.
We begin work May 2020 and will work until end of September 2020, possible into October 2020.
Non-corporate environment, only criminal background check , no credit checks.
Good work ethic a must, please apply only if you will be reliable.
Safety-first workplace, I am more concerned with safety and quality than speed.
Must show proof of workman's comp and some verifiable references.
Work will include:
Help with concrete pour
All framing and carpentry
Windows install
Sheathing/Siding
Roofing
DWV Plumbing
Basic wiring
Landscaping
Own basic tools helpful.
Housing for the contract period is available for qualified individuals.
