This Desktop Support Analyst role is a short-term contract / temporary to hire opportunity based in the Papillion, Nebraska, area.What you get to do every single day- Communicate regularly and effectively with ticket submitters- Administer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures- Preserve, inspect, and mend computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals- Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors- Resolve computer problems, and give guidance on appropriate action/solutions- Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities Requirements - 1+ years of desktop support or other related experience- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals- Microsoft experience- Practical knowledge of Password Reset- Deep understanding of Diagnose Problems- Adeptness in Computer Repair- System Testing experience- Demonstrated knowledge of Perform Repairs- General familiarity with Equipment Repair- Equipment Installation experience- Earlier work involving Ticketing System- Background working with Service Desk Tickets- Printer Problems experience highly preferred- Knowledge of Basic Troubleshooting Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
