Job Description

Freddy’s is now hiring friendly Restaurant Supervisors to join our successful team. Restaurant Supervisors are the heart of the team and areresponsible for leading shift operations. Supervisors must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co-workers with restaurantjob duties.

What you'll do:

  • Coach, and encourage employees toachieve company standards
  • Lead by example with praise, constructive criticism and positive reinforcement
  • Assists in maintaininga professional work environment
  • Communicatewith the management team during each shift
  • Follow all procedures and checklists to achieve consistency between shifts
  • Assist the management team in various business duties of inventory and training

Qualifications

Requirements for Restaurant Supervisors – Shift Leaders:

  • One year of experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry required
  • Desire to lead by example and work in a team environment
  • Desire to grow and develop with Freddy’s
  • Natural leadership skills and effective communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills and openness to being coached
