Sprinkle & Associates LLC is a professional services firm located in south Denver that provides tax preparation, investment management, consulting and family office services to businesses and high net worth families across the United States. We are currently seeking a bookkeeping professional on a full or part-time basis to assist with various client engagements. This position can be very flexible for the right candidate if they are dedicated to client service and being part of a successful team.

Responsibilities:

Provide bookkeeping duties for a variety of clients, including routine transaction processing, preparing and reconciling receipts and disbursements, reconciling bank, investment or other accounts, preparing account analyses, financial statements and related reporting packages as well as other special projects.

Provide administrative support to investment advisors by preparing various forms and account applications, assisting with financial analysis, and responding to various client requests.

Assist the tax department with organizing and obtaining client information, tax software data entry, e-filing and other projects.

Willing to assist with firm administration duties such as answering phone calls, greeting clients, processing tax returns, firm billing and accounting as well as other special projects.

Requirements:

At least three years of accounting or bookkeeping experience. Any experience with public accounting, tax preparation, investments or family offices are a plus.

Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook and Adobe PDF.

Excellent communication and professional writing skills.

Strong time management and organization skills.

Ability to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Must be willing to work additional hours during peak filing seasons (March-April and September-October) in exchange for greater flexibility during other times of the year.
