We are currently looking to fill two Recruiter positions in Denver! Experience working in Staffing would be ideal, but willing to train. Recruiting is an exciting and rewarding field and the sky is the limit as far as earning potential! This position will primarily work in our South Denver Branch. This position will fill Temporary, Temp to Hire and Direct Hire Light Industrial and Professional positions in Colorado as well as other states around the country.
- Experience making timely and accurate hiring decisions including the identification, qualification and selection of candidates
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals both internally and externally is essential
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, use sound judgment and prioritize
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills are required
- Manage time and competing priorities while remaining committed to established processes and documentation requirements
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, job boards and applicant tracking systems
This position offers a base salary plus commission, no cap!
