Closets by Design is a growing company that designs, manufactures, and installs Colorado's best home organizer solutions. We are looking for an intelligent team player with some managerial skills, a good mechanical mind, and a passion for the details. Duties will include: management and creation of cultists for production, ordering and inventory control, as well the supervision, and scheduling, of one to two employees. This candidate should excel at reading plans, ensuring the accuracy of submitted paperwork, identifying problems and solutions before production, and creating cut lists for computer controlled machinery. This is an office position and will not require the operation of machinery or physical labor but will require lots of computer time. This position will require interaction with the design team, production manager, and the interdepartmental coordinator. The Cutlist manager will report directly to the production manager and ownership. Applicant should be proficient with MS Office, and computers in general. Starting base pay is between 45K and 55K based on previous experience.
We will provide training. Applicants must have good computer and mathematical skills, and be able to read blueprints and drawings. Experience with Cabinet Vision software a huge plus. Applicants must also be proficient with standard and metric measurements and must be a good conceptual thinker.
