Long time established manufacturing company is seeking the right person to provide a supportive role in the daily administrative functions of the company. Must have excellent phone manners; be pleasant and outgoing with good organizational skills and be very comfortable talking to people in a busy office environment. This is a full time position.
Duties include:
Answer phones and screen calls
General daily support for sales and office duties
Manage multiple email accounts
Excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data.
Answer and post on behalf of the companies Facebook and other social media platforms
Assist with price quotations to customers
Assist in processing Sales Work Orders, Invoices and credit card charges as needed
Strong computer skills necessary including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail is a must in our custom manufacturing environment
Need to be a self starter, work independently and as a team
