THE ROLE:

We are in search of an experienced Customer Support Associate to join our rapidly growing team.

Our Customer Support team members are the champions for our customers and strive every day to provide an amazing experience.

As a Customer Support Associate you will enhance the customer experience by helping with product education and adoption of Big Interview's interactive platform.

This role will be a key player in both the revenue retention and growth efforts, executing on key churn metrics each month.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide a world class experience to all current customers who are in need of support, troubleshooting, inquiries, concerns, product knowledge and adoption. Your interactions with customers will take place through multiple channels to include phone, email, chat, and outbound content.

- Manage priorities and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to work smarter, not harder.

- Develop creative and lasting value based solutions to retain and renew customers.

- Maintain a positive, proactive approach both internally and externally

- Be detail oriented, adhere to departmental processes, and be highly organized

- Work well both independently and with a team

REQUIREMENTS:

- 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Support, ideally within a technology / start up environment

- Experience with CRM's such as Salesforce and ticketing systems such as Intercom

- Experience in phone-based support roles, with a high level of comfort in speaking to customers

- Highly-organized, detail-oriented

- Fluent English

- Ideally a 2-4 year degree - but not required
