A fast growing construction company is looking for a Full Time Bookkeeper / Office Admin.
This position requires proficiency in QuickBooks, impeccable attention to detail, thoroughness, integrity, and strong accounting skills.
To be successful you will need to be self motivated, dependable, and dedicated individual!
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Data entry into QuickBooks, Excel, Co-Construct
Coordinating multiple projects within 3 Company files and prioritizing as necessary
Account Payable and Receivable
Ensuring accuracy of financials
Various HR and admin duties on an as-needed basis
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree/Certification in Accounting/Bookkeeping OR equivalent Experience
Excellent Communication Skills
A “can-do” attitude (no task too small attitude)
Proficiency in Quick Books (Desktop), Excel, Google Suite
Ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced office setting
Ability to prioritize and receive direction from multiple people
Attention to detail
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
No history of Felonies
Able to sign a COMPLETE BACKGROUND RELEASE/Authorization
This is Contract or W2 position. Work-from-home is an option on certain days.
