Responsibilities:
Effectively manage meetings, conference calls, invitations, event planning, industry show scheduling, board meetings, etc.
General administrative duties (e.g., taking detailed notes, preparing meeting materials) and special projects with constantly moving priorities
Create, process and manage contract paperwork while exercising a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Travel scheduling and coordinating meeting preparations, logistics often times with last minute changes
Experience building content for presentations
Working closely and professionally with clients on many aspects of the business
Manage and keep company wide database updated
Youll need to have:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
2 plus years of relative experience, preferably within a fast-growing company
Even better if you have:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Acute attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of responsibilities and the position
Expert knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programs and the ability to handle detailed processes is a requirement.
Highly organized
The ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and to adapt quickly and effectively to the changing demands of the business
