Office Manager / Administrative Assistant

Sprinkle & Associates LLC is a professional services firm located in south Denver that provides tax preparation, investment management, consulting and family office services to businesses and high net worth families across the United States. We are currently seeking an office manager / Administrative Assistant on a full or part-time basis to coordinate the administrative functions of our firm and assist with various administrative duties. This position can be very flexible for the right candidate who is dedicated to client service and being part of a successful team.

Responsibilities:

Coordinating basic day-to-day office functions, including ordering supplies, sorting and sending out mail, conference room bookings, answering phones, arranging tax season meals and greeting and directing clients who come to the office.

Assemble various types of client deliverables, including tax returns, investment reports, billing invoices and other correspondence.

Assist with the tax return e-filing process.

Assist our outsourced IT professionals to manage the firm’s information technology, phone systems, printers and copiers.

Coordinate the firm’s marketing and routine client communications.

Assist with the firm’s billing and collections process.

Assist with HR and firm accounting.

Various special projects to improve efficiency and workflow.

Requirements:

At least two years of prior experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Possess excellent written, proofreading and oral communication skills.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Ability to complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.

High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Must be willing to work additional hours during peak filing seasons in exchange for greater flexibility during other times of the year.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe PDF.
