Twig Hair Salon, "A Boulder Institution", seeks the services of a part-time receptionist. Please reply to this ad only. No walk-in's please.
Duties:
Opening
- Put out chalk board sign and chairs for clients
- Turn on lights and music
- Wipe down all high touch surfaces (front door, desk, clovers and restrooms)
- Check staff schedules for the day for any discrepancies
- Check salon voicemail and emails
Daily
- Check in clients, including Health Screenings
- Answer incoming calls
- Check out and rebook clients for Stylists
- Sweep in front of the reception area
- Wipe down front door handle and glass every 30 min
- Wipe down bathroom every 30 min
- Check upcoming/future appointments for the following two weeks to catch any discrepancies and client appointment notes, to ensure appropriate appointment is scheduled.
- Refill bottles at disinfecting stations and hand sanitizer bottles
- Check laundry
- Sweep for stylist if you aren't busy
- Dust and restock product shelves
- Refill back bar bottles
Closing
- Bring in sign and chairs from outside
- Wipe down all high touch surfaces (front door, desk, clover, keyboards)
- Exit out of all programs on all computers
- Turn off music and lights
