We are looking for an experienced HVAC installer or company.
The technician must have a clean background to enter the facility.
Scope of work:
Remove existing condensing unit and install new 7.5-ton condensing unit in its place with new lines and piping to the wall of the building (roughly 10').
Remove and replace existing evaporative coil, sight glass, liquid line, and drier filters with new for an existing air handler.
Flush line set with cleaning solvent.
Replace thermostats.
We will supply the new equipment which is already onsite.
