We are currently seeking a skilled Welder to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.Position Overview:As a Welder you will perform MIG welding on basic utility structures, ensuring precision and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in production welding, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality.Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on utility structures following blueprints and specifications.

Utilize pulse welding, MIG, and flux core welding techniques as needed.

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.

Measure materials with precision using a tape measure.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members and take direction as required to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of production welding experience, or a technical welding degree from a trade school.

At least 2 months of welding experience within the last 2 years.

Proficient in reading blueprints and using a tape measure.

Strong safety focus and ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.

AWS certification or completion of a trade school program is a plus.

Open to following directions and eager to learn in a fast-paced production environment.
