Quality Assurance Consultant

Job Purpose:Maintain site documentation lifecycle, support management of training records, and support Quality initiatives/projects

Key Responsibilities : Issue site GMP documentation such as logbooks and notebooks Champion the document retention policies and provide advice to site users. Work across multiple value streams to drive continuous improvement and promote quality culture. Utilizes and continuously improves the GPS standards (i.e. 5s, standard work, problem solving, Gemba, process confirmations, and performance management) towards the goal of Zero Accidents, Zero Defects, and Zero Waste Record training completion and archive site GMP documentation as appropriate. Support site Self Inspections, Internal Business Monitoring (IBM) audits, and InspectionReadiness efforts making sure that area logbook and documentation is accurate andreviewed in a timely manner Interact with external documentation storage suppliers during audits and complexinvestigation for timely retrieval of information

Education: 4 year degree in Technical/Scientific discipline 3+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience. Prefer 2-3 years compliance related experience.
