Regional Company seeking someone to perform occupancy checks and report on the Occupancy/condition of properties located in the Elko NV and surrounding areas . Field inspector will work within their chosen territories of coverage gathering basic information on the Occupancy / condition of the property, and providing photos to support your report All done through a Mobile App.
Average turn time is 4 to 8 days and typically the same homes are inspected each month.
PAY IS PER REPORT
Requirements: dependable with reliable transportation, internet access, Computer/Printer, e-mail account.
Qualified candidate will be very organized, have exceptional time management skills, be detail orientated, and possess the physical ability to drive for long periods.
Experience is preferred.
$10.00+ per occupancy determination.
Each inspection takes approximately 1-3 minutes to complete from the mobile app!
All work is completed as a 1099 Independent Sub-Contractor. PAY IS PER REPORT so Pay depends on volume and Area you would cover.
