Pay Range $25.00 to $30.00/ hr.We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Maintenance Mechanic, to join our Fernley Nevada Insulation Team.  The Maintenance Technician is responsible to be a part of the maintenance mechanical team to perform a wide variety of mechanical tasks to include preventative maintenance, equipment installation, to support the maintenance department, ad hoc repairs of equipment breakdowns, handle general facility maintenance, as well as miscellaneous duties as assigned.  This position reports to the Plant Engineer. Contribute to the completion of mechanical projectsGeneral office and manufacturing maintenanceLubrication/oil changing of heavy production machineryRepair/replace bearings, gearheads, belts, chains, conveyors, filters, etc.Modify existing structural components to comply with safety regulations, cost saving measures as requiredPerform all duties while maintaining high quality with everyday thoughts for Environment, Health and safetyFabrication of parts for repair of existing equipment and installation of new equipmentAssist with management of spare parts inventoryBasic Vehicle Maintenance (forklifts, pickup truck, refuse truck)Other tasks as assigned by manager
