We are looking for a detailed-oriented person who is reliable and accurate in their work and has a strong work ethic.
This position requires complete understanding of Accounts Payable processes and procedures. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required with Quickbooks or similar accounting programs.
The position requires knowledge and experience with spreadsheets and computer programs. Heavy Excel use. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills required. Ability to work independently and adapt to fast changing environment. Work with a sense of urgency and professionalism.
Job Duties:
Answer phones
Daily update of Spreadsheets
Receiving and distribution of incoming fax correspondence
Matching delivery tickets to Vendor Invoices
Other duties as assigned
The position is Permanent Full Time.
