Job Summary:
Perform gaming and non-gaming audits while complying with company and department rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
Receive all related Transaction Reports with supporting documents and verify figures and calculations for accuracy
Reconcile reports to supporting documents in accordance with established gaming controls
Produce spreadsheet reports for the department assigned
Coordinate with Accounting Supervisor concerning revenue discrepancies and proposed adjustments
Compile and distribute reports pertaining to daily audit operations
Prepare analysis requested by the supervisor
Occasionally participate in reading slot machine meters and overall monthly inventories
All other duties that may be assigned
Work Environment:
Must be willing to work any shift when necessary, including weekends and holidays
Job Requirements:
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have Gaming Registration or ability to obtain same
Must have one year previous experience in accounting
Must have working knowledge of Spreadsheets
Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Must have experience of 10 key and be able to operate it by touch
Must be able to work independently
Previous gaming experience preferred
Previous auditing experience preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Physical Requirements:
Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment
Must be able to bend, crouch, twist and work at a desk
Must be able to continuously maneuver around office
