If so, we want you to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience with the ability to quickly grasp new methods and processes. You must be able to work independently in a firm deadline environment. Experienced in quarterly/annual payroll reporting, AIA billing and knowledge of prevailing wages is preferred.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Accounts Receivable - AIA Billing
Payroll entry and weekly processing for 100+ employees
Quarterly and Annual Payroll Reports - 940/941, SUTA
Prevailing Wage Calculations
Lien Releases
W-2s
Requirements:
Construction Payroll/Accounting experience
Pre-employment drug screening
Professional communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems
10-key experience
