Hot shot business opportunities

I am looking for a partner/ manager/ owner operator who is well experienced in the hotshot industry as for hiring, dispatch, payroll, driving, coordinating with brokers and logistics of the business. I already have my authority USDOT and MC number established since June 2021 with a good rating from the FMCSA. I would like to have someone that is local in the Las Vegas area.
