About the Job:
This is a full time customer service/ inside sales position(part time would be considered). Half of your time will be spent on the phone helping existing clients with questions about their insurance policies. The rest of your time will be spent cross-selling existing clients and working leads to generate new clients. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people. It will be your job to build relationships with our clients, and to make sure that each client hangs up or leaves the office with a positive impression about Yourself and the Agency.
Qualifications:
NV Property/Casualty license required
Sales and Customer Service experience
Must be able to pass a background check
Bilingual a plus
