Rigid Axle is a small family owned and operated auto parts distributor. We sell transmission, transfer case, and differential parts through an e-commercestore, eBay, and Amazon. We are looking to hire our first employee to take over our customer service work. Right now we offer support over email, phone, facebook messenger and online messages (eBay/Amazon).
- Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for helping customers with any questions they have about their order (tracking info, ship date, etc.), product information, and product fitment. (We can train you to be familiar with what we sell but would prefer to hire someone with previous automotive experience.)
Eventually, we would like you to take over sales calls so product knowledge will be needed.

People person
Experience in Differential, Transfer Case, and Transmission parts.
