Established Residential Property Management Company seeks Rental House Manager/Leasing Agent to help manage our 110 Rental Houses.
NOTE: MUST HAVE THE PERSONALITY AND DECENT APPEARANCE TO LEASE RENTAL HOUSES IN A TIMELY FASHION! WE WILL ASSIST IN JOB TRAINING AS NECESSARY. THIS IS NOT FOR ONSITE APARTMENT MANAGEMENT. NO REAL ESTATE LICENSE AND NO MANAGEMENT PERMIT NEEDED. WILL BE OUT IN THE FIELD DRIVING A LOT AND WILL BE REIMBURSED GAS COST PER MILE. MUST HAVE RELIABLE & DECENT AUTOMOBILE AND HAVE A VALID LICENSE & AUTO INSURANCE.
Candidate will work in nice modern office with another Rental House Manager/Leasing Agent. We have a great balanced portfolio of rental houses. Customer Service ability a must! Candidate will be responsible for General Property Management Functions and must be good with working on company iPhones, iPads, Computers and other technology we provide. Candidate will report directly to the Office Manager and work with our In-house Bookkeepers as necessary.
This position requires a person who is a self-starter and can be detail oriented. Applicant needs to possess solid verbal and written communication skills; time management skills; and is not afraid of taking the initiative in order to reach goals.
In addition to leasing, the candidate will work with Tenants at solving complex problems while being able to provide a high level of customer service.
