Energy Avenue.com is a rapidly growing e-commerce based small business in the energy efficient lighting industry. We specialize in products distribution, marketing, and sales.

We are currently seeking help with our expanding business on a full-time basis in the field of Returns Specialist. We are looking for energetic, motivated persons looking for a career with an amazing company! We are willing to train and mentor, all you need to bring is the desire to want to be great! Task responsibilities start out with the following with increased opportunities in the future based on performance:

Respond to external and internal customer inquiries regarding technical support of all products.

Create responses to special correspondence and handle special assignments and problems such as responses to complex RMAs or product application problems.

Document RMA's within Salesforce.

Focus efforts to improve RMA process, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.

Provide input during the development of systems, methods and procedures to facilitate efficient and effective Technical Support/RMA department operations. Assist in ensuring all methods and procedures are properly documented.

Attend technical training for new products.

Assess RMA returns and provide monthly feedback to Management.

Making Decisions and Solving Problems - Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

Communicating with customers and vendors - This information can be exchanged in person, in writing, or by telephone or e-mail.

Documenting/Recording Information - Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in written or electronic form.

Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; Responds promptly to customer needs; Solicits customer feedback to improve service; Responds to requests for assistance; Meets commitments.

Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work - Goal-oriented with the capability to meet ever dynamic deadlines. Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.

Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively; Listens and gets clarification when necessary; Responds informatively to questions.

Writing and answering customer service Emails

Articulate in answering and making phone calls to vendors and customers.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and interests:

Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Salesforce and ERP experience.

Polite, courteous, and great people skills (mostly over the phone).

Experience working at an e-commerce company or returns department. (Preferred)

Staying very organized, meticulous, and detailed in entering information.

Must be able to multi-task and handle multiple things at once.

Love working in a team environment, willing to grow your mind and adding to our wonderful culture.
