What you should have:
5+ years' experience in successfully managing, scheduling, and designing production projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D.
Proven success in the production of Civil Land Development plans.
Self-motivation with the proven ability to work independently.
Excellent time management skills.
Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
Passionate, driven, and goal oriented; committed to winning.
An individual who sees their work as a reflection of who they are.
What you will do:
Successfully produce projects with consistency, from cradle to grave.
Prepare the following plans:
o Horizontal control
o Utility
o Grading
o ½ street plan & profiles
o Sections and details
Follow established work tasks, project schedules, and budgets.
Communicate directly with Project Engineer.
