We are looking for an
IT Service Desk Engineer I and IT Service Desk Engineer II to be responsible for providing IT support services across the enterprise. This position will work with Third Party IT and internal staff to provide top quality support for end-users. Successful candidates excel at and enjoy:- Support corporate IT software solutions.
- Support corporate IT infrastructure.
- Provides a timely response (within established SLA) to end user service requests.
- Works on software or hardware deployment projects to support end users.
- Builds software images for various laptop, workstation and server profiles.
- 6 years of related professional experience.
- Experience with Cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GoogleCloud, and Azure.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Powershell, Bash, Python).
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows is required.
- Experience with IT Service Management tools.
