Senior Designer UX Web/Mobile Apps to join their team in Las Vegas, NV on a direct hire basis. This employer is in the banking/finance industry and is a technology and data-driven financial services.Successful candidates excel at and enjoy:- Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis.
- Interpret data and qualitative feedback.
- Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
- Create user stories, personas, and storyboards.
- Determine information architecture and create sitemaps.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction, Product Design or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of professional experience in a UX or UI design role.
- Expertise in UX and UI design for mobile and desktop web experiences.
- Advanced proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision and Adobe CS.
- Strong knowledge of user interface design processes, best practices and usability principles.
