Tech Team Engineer to join their team in Las Vegas, NV on a 3-month Contract to Hire basis. Primary Job Responsibilities: The Tech Team Engineer is a full-time resource on the Information Technology Support team. Tech Team Engineer is a hands-on technical support role responsible for providing insightful advice and friendly hands-on technical support to all corporate users. The engineer will quickly diagnose user issues and provide patient and compassionate service. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills and a knack for problem-solving. Must maintain composure and remain professional while solving technical issues. Should be detail-oriented and well organized. Must be able to follow processes and procedures. The candidate should also be a team player and must work well within the small team.- Establishes and maintains consistent rhythms for timely follow-up and ensures deliverables are met or exceeded.
- 1+ years' experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing Windows P.C.s, Mobile Devices, and User Applications.
- Success in a team environment, demonstrating shared responsibility and accountability with other team members.
- Excellent prioritization skills and an ability to make decisions quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Flexibility with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
- Strong Computer Skills - Familiar with both Windows and MAC OS.
- Basic networking troubleshooting skills.
- Basic knowledge of user applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe, Teams, Etc.
- Familiar with troubleshooting hardware related issues.
- Familiar with enrolling user devices into MDM.
- Familiar with configuring user's mobile devices for access to email.
- While performing this job's duties, the employee is regularly required to stand and move about the area.
- The employee has frequently required the use of hands and arms to reach and carry items.
- Must possess the ability to hear and communicate effectively.
- The employee is required to stand and walk.
- The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 2 pounds.
- This job's specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- High School Diploma
- Formal Training or Associates Degree in Computer Science Preferred
