- Troubleshoot PC hardware/software issues
- Image microcomputers
- Deliver precise, timely, and creative solutions to end user computer and basic network issues
- Conduct restorative and maintenance actions to resolve problems using advanced technical and troubleshooting skills
- Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis, schedules, and administrative tasks
- Other duties as required
- Proficiency in microcomputer-based operating systems (MacOS and Windows) and applications, including MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and O365
- Fundamental knowledge of desktop support and database operating systems
- Familiarity with Active Directory Users and Computers
- Knowledge of teleconferencing/video support such as MS Teams, Microsoft Hubs, Logitech Taps, and mobile applications
- Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
