Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot PC hardware/software issues
  • Image microcomputers
  • Deliver precise, timely, and creative solutions to end user computer and basic network issues
  • Conduct restorative and maintenance actions to resolve problems using advanced technical and troubleshooting skills
  • Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis, schedules, and administrative tasks
  • Other duties as required

Skills & Experience:
  • Proficiency in microcomputer-based operating systems (MacOS and Windows) and applications, including MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and O365
  • Fundamental knowledge of desktop support and database operating systems
  • Familiarity with Active Directory Users and Computers
  • Knowledge of teleconferencing/video support such as MS Teams, Microsoft Hubs, Logitech Taps, and mobile applications
  • Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
