What will you do?

Will be working on new projects and programs in flight for new digital market offerings.
Working with Product Managers and the enterprise to make sure solution promoting is the right one.
Following digital architecture standards.
Integrating various components together into the enterprise solutions.
They will be Promoting Cloud Native Solutions (SaaS).

Management may assign new duties, reassign existing duties, or eliminate a function.DeliverFanatic Customer Service: Always Exceed Customer ExpectationsMaintain, administer & monitor daily operations of all InfrastructureVirtual and Physical Server EnvironmentSwitches & RoutersCritical updates & upgrades to maintain system securityLogicMonitor, ISE & firewall consolesResponsible for telecommunications network (VOIP, Internet, WAN)Utilization CapacityManage the WAN infrastructure including the 2 hosting facilities & cloud ProvidersAccountable for daily backups of all designated infrastructure according to our information security and disaster recovery plansArchitect, maintain and support Disaster Recovery and High Availability Infrastructure and participate in testingWork with third party vendors to research and initiate enhancements to our infrastructureMaintain companywide infrastructure inventory (Hardware, software, etc.)Document processes and proceduresMaintain and distribute infrastructure policyMaintain and enhance the banks overall security posture of internal systems and/or processes.Infrastructure project managementOther projects as assignedREQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience:High School Diploma or Equal with 8+ years position related experience.Knowledge of:

Infrastructure architecture.Microsoft Windows Client/Server environment, including but not limited to troubleshooting of all hardware and software.Microsoft Mail Solutions & Internet environments.Antivirus installations and procedures.Certifications in Microsoft/Cisco and/or other network technologiesTelecommunications (MPLS, Internet, VOIP, etc.)Cloud Technology Certifications/Experience

Skills and Competencies:Ability to multi-task in fast paced and changing environment and remain organizedAdvanced computer skillsExcellent communications skills, written and oralCompetent problem-solving skillsAbility to perform job functions accurately and with attention to detailAbility to work independentlyAbility to maintain confidential customer and Bank information in a responsible and secure manner
