- Lead and manage large, complex enterprise-level projects.
- Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value.
- Organize and lead project status and working meetings.
- Prepare and distribute progress reports.
- Manage risks and issues, correct deviations from plans, and perform delivery planning.
- Utilize expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices to develop, document, and manage project management process.
- Support product owners in managing expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance.
- Teach and coach the adoption of agile practices such as user story mapping and prioritization techniques.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing software projects using Agile methodologies.
- Balanced business/technical background; sufficient technical background to provide credible leadership for development teams and accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.
- Ability to collaborate with customers and IT to develop high business value strategies and solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience in Agile Project Manager role (PMP or PMI-ACP and CSM preferred).
- 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large, complex projects in an application development environment with multi-function teams.
- Working knowledge of application development, infrastructure, database, and system design.
- Excellent communications skills (i.e., verbal, written, presentation) and experience interacting with business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
- Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
- Effective interpersonal skills including leading, mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
- Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.
- Prior experience using Agile/SCRUM methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects.
- Proficient in Jira Software and Microsoft Office tools.
