Application Support EngineerOverviewSuper Logistics presents an exciting opportunity to join the leader in ecommerce order fulfillment solutions. Based in Las Vegas, NV with a national network of operating facilities, Super Logistics is a subsidiary of Rakuten, one of the world's leading internet service companies . Central to the duties of this role are the diagnosis and supporting of business processes and stability through applied expertise in variable programming techniques. The strongest candidates demonstrate an aptitude for learning how unfamiliar systems function while remaining stable and professional during the pressures of troubleshooting.

Requirements:Experience with SQL Server/T-SQL and database query, inserts, updates, deletes, and other data operationsExperience with using tools such as SQL Management Studio, Postman, IDE, SoapUI, application monitoring tools (DataDog, NewRelic, AppDynamics, etc,) ,and/or applications logs as aid in analysis and troubleshooting issues with data, API integration, and/or applicationsExperience with various data payloads such as JSON, SOAP, XML, CSV, and/or plain textExperience with support services tools (i.e. Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, ServiceNow) and processes including triage, prioritizing, and analyzing inbound service requests for data operations, system configuration, and defect resolutionExperience with applications, API, and systems hosted in Microsoft IISWorking knowledge of multi-tiered applications, systems, and API developed in .NET (C#) and web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSSPrefer experience supporting applications and systems integrated with 3 rd party systems and/or back office systems such as ERP, CRM, Finance, etc.Prefer experience supporting Azure Cloud and related services such as app service/function, message queues, virtual machines, pipelines, and releasesPrefer experience supporting e-commerce industry domains such as shopping carts, order processing, and paymentsPrefer experience supporting warehouse technologies used in product picking, packing, and shippingPossess ability to learn and adhere to business rules and processesStable and professional under pressureFlex ibility to work independently or collaborating with cross functional team to support applications, APIs, and databasesAbility to clearly communicate both written and verbal across different departments within the company, clients, including non-technical audiencesFlexibility to accommodate occasional night and weekend supportFlexibility to accommodate occasional travel3-5 years of recent experience in a commensurate roleCollege degree or commensurate professional experience
