General Summary Of Duties:Prepare/serve beverages as ordered by Banquet Waiters. Provide the beverage to the banquet guest in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction.Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar. This includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the function sheet.
Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables daily to insure product quality.
Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner. 
Mix, garnish and present drinks as requested by cocktail servers and/or waitresses using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
Lock up and store all beverage, food and other equipment items.
