For a brief 1 minute video about us, you can check https://youtu.be/uJWBWQZEA6o.What will you do? • Own the configuration for the Bank's core system and modify configuration to support current and future products • Be knowledgeable on the Pep+ (ACH) platform and take the lead on system upgrades to include testing and coordination with vendor • Efficiently integrate new systems, programs and applications within Treasury & Finance operations and services • Ensure timely coordinate and completion of system upgrades relating to systems, programs and applications managed by Treasury & Finance • Ensuring end-user proficiency with new systems, programs and applications • Monitor system performance and/or work closely with IT when performance is not optimal • As necessary, trouble shoot and remediate issues with vendors • Work with the vendor management team within Treasury & Finance • Performs other duties as assignedWhat are we looking for? • Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology • 5-7 years of experience in position with applicable business analyst experience • Competent with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project/time management skills • Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results • Demonstrate company core values of excellence, ownership, collaboration, and integrity • Experience working with Fiserv systems (Pep+) preferred • Managed systems configurations preferred • Work history to include acting as a liaison between IT and end users on systems, programs and applications functions and features preferredVacancy expired!
