What will I be doing?

As aRecovery Coordinatoryou would be responsible for executing your position's responsibilities in alignment with our Spirit of Service culture and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

This position will be responsible for clerical processes to support both loans and HOA Recovery functions.

  • Handle all invoices processing (HOA, loans, recordings) from beginning to end.

  • Prepare quarterly reports with all supporting documentation and recommendations to the Director of Collections

  • Oversee monthly AR clearing report

  • Maintain max bids spreadsheet by updating the information as needed.

  • Handle and resolve Foreclosure Disputes via mail, email, fax, task, or phone in a timely manner and using the set standards of notating and completing the appropriate steps.

  • Request, manage and handle any original documents needed for foreclosure account placement

  • Assist with Recovery Inbound calls when needed

  • Assist with the collection and distribution of mail for the Recovery Team

  • Identify areas of improvement by auditing daily reports, determine the root cause, selection of an appropriate resolution, and then follow-up to ensure completion.

  • Participate in meetings to improve productivity, resolve foreclosure issues and assist with workload of the team.

  • All other related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

  • 1-2 years related experience
  • Detail oriented

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Knowledge of FDCPA
  • 2-3 years related experience
  • Associate’s Degree/College Diploma
