Pay is $1,450 Per Week. . Task Force Hotel Food and Beverage Manager. We pay all travel and hotel. Two meals per day meal per day provided. Luxury propertyExtensive Travel Out of State 4 to 6 week rotations. Perfect for people with experience in between jobs.Food and Beverage Manager DutiesManage all outlets in terms of product, waste, and service efficiency.Prepare variance analysis for bar programs and communicate with relevant departments.Update and maintain systems.Check cost of sales and ensure costs are within budget.Audit beverage reports accordingly.Spot check all meal periods to ensure consistency and quality of beverage offering.Develop, cost, train, and input recipes.Train teams on implementation of standards for bar organization and cleanliness.Update POS (Micros) as needed.Value everyone’s contribution to the team, and we will value your contribution as a key part of our success.Ensure communication is key and ensure daily stand-up meetings are held with associates in the various Food and beverage department areas.
