Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), is currently seeking a Lead Business Analyst – Digital Products for a position in Las Vegas, NV. This will be a permanent, contract, or contract to hire – hybrid opportunity.
Job Requirements- Minimum five (5) years of experience within a product or technology organization on web and mobile projects.
- Previous experience within the casino or hospitality industries preferred.
- Proven experience gathering and creating business requirements and specs and seeing a product through to launch.
- Adept research and problem-solving skills with extensive understanding in data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Highly self-motivated with ability to prioritize and execute tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Work with multiple departments, product owners, and end users to assess new product opportunities.
- Design dashboards and visualizations to ensure documentation is clear.
- Perform research to gather and analyze data on user needs, market trends, competitors, vendors, new technologies, and software to support recommendations.
- Lead product team’s efforts to identify, certify, and document business and technical requirements.
- Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses for proposed solutions.
- Assist with project management tasks to guarantee successful product deployment with staff and end user training.
- Partner with product owners to convert roadmap features into smaller more concise user stories.
- Work with UX designer to coordinate and perform user tests to gather feedback.
