Our client is an American global hospitality & entertainment company. They are looking for a program manager with experience managing mobile applications. Position: Program Manager Mobile PM 6 months CTH role Location TX/NV/CA/FL Roles and Responsibilities: -Organize, manage & lead multiple project implementations in a fast-paced environment. -Strong experience with managing mobile application development projects. -Provide focused delivery of all aspects of project management, project scope definition, risk management, adaptable project scheduling, resource hiring and management, Change management and consistent project documentation and reporting. -Guide and direct implementation of infrastructure, systems, applications and technical integration activities. -Must be results oriented and ensure successful completion of the projects on time, in budget and within the defined scope while leading through influence and with solid soft skills and tact. -Identify the area of improvement and to initiate work. -Planning the activities on regular intervals. -Evaluate the application against the need in the market and to propose future road map. -Acts as Scrum Master of one or more teams. -Helps Team to make progress and tracks the same. -Identify processes and tools that help teams utilize agile project management practices. Required Skills/Experience: -Should have expertise in project/program management, Planning, Procurement, Scheduling, Resource management, support and training. -Ability to develop and monitor project schedules & timelines, deliver project on time and in budget. -Complete understanding of software development lifecycle best practices. -Strong experience with managing mobile application development projects. -Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget. -Experience in managing multiple projects with competing priorities. -Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels. -Analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, developing procedures and other related management and technical duties. -Assign and monitor work assigned to technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives. -Designs and implements processes to monitor and control resources, risks and value to Business Objectives. -Ensures all the required deliverables are produced and reviewed, including the technical leadership of requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, verification, test, quality assurance, delivery, operations, and sustainment of the technical solution. -Identifies, clarifies and communicates project vision, goals and objectives and how these support strategic objectives. -Manage scope throughout the project duration. Maintains accurate program estimates, timelines, project plans, status reports manages and tracks team velocity, financials, and other KPIs in relation to the plan and published progress reports. -Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on time, on budget. -Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies. -Responsible for complex program management tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting. -Understands, tracks and articulates issues / risks / action items; work with responsible product managers to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate client stakeholders as needed. -Ability to independently manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between stakeholders and product managers.
