Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas, NV based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Project Manager – Global Supply Chain. This will be a hybrid (MUST be in Las Vegas, NV), six-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. The Project Manager – Global Supply Chain position will be working with multiple stakeholders at various levels in managing projects, supervising operations, and improving transparency.QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of project management experience within a formal PMO.
  • Previous project-managed enterprise deployments or integrations of complex Global Supply Chain solutions and systems.
  • PMP Certification or other formal project management training required (college equivalents, company training\programs, etc.).
  • Familiar with supply chain terminology and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experienced managing cross functional teams.
  • Can demonstrate excellent knowledge of PMO Governance.
  • Expert in Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile methodology.
  • Outstanding knowledge of project artifacts and deliverables.
  • Ability to identify dependencies, requirements gathering, project planning, and risk management.
  • Capability in prioritization and Stakeholder Management.
  • Superior time management skills working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with various business stakeholders and efficiently manage their expectations and establish priorities.
  • Knowledgeable in guiding and facilitating Enterprise meetings.
  • Competency managing deadlines, communicating timelines, assessing resources, and highly organized.
  • Capable of perceiving and reporting risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Experienced quantitative skills and ability to reason.
  • Previous experience with partnering via virtual teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
  • Manage complex projects on-time and to enterprise specifications.
  • Creates and executes project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Drive project-related change management, as needed, for project stakeholders.
  • Work with key stakeholders to define project goals and charter.
  • Apply project management tools/techniques.
  • Proactively identify problems on projects or plans. Seek input from appropriate stakeholders.
  • Question proposed solutions until you understand the actual problem that needs to be solved. Develop creative and practical solutions based on evaluation of multiple factors.
  • Deliver value by guiding project teams and by creating effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and other Project Managers.
  • Anticipate the needs, risks, and finding the opportunities for success presented by projects.
