General Summary Of Duties:Using basic policies and procedures established in Paradise Gift Shop/Hotel, assist guests with purchases while maintaining a clean store appearance. Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following) Walk up to guest, talk to them and assist guests with any item wanted. (Kneel to check items at a low point or use step ladder to pick up items from high point) and direct them to wherever they need to go.Continuously walking/standing within guest proximity to provide immediate feedback on product knowledge, loss prevention and performing department operations for productivity.Using cleaning equipment, kneel, stretch and bend to dust  store while using step ladder to climb to higher location to pick up merchandise to hang, steam and ticket to place on sales.Use basic procedures established in the Shop; communicate with guests to help them purchase items while still maintaining a clean store appearance.
