This will be an onsite permanent opportunity.SummaryProject managers are the point person in charge of a specific project or projects within an organization. Project Managers plan, budget, monitor, and report on the project with project management tools, sometimes pitching the idea of the project or being assigned to it once it’s already been approved. The project manager is the bridge between upper management and the teams tasked with the actual execution of the project.Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in IT.
  • Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to read and speak English.
  • Ability to obtain required work cards.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times.
  • Ability to communicate with Guests in a professional manner.
  • Answers Guest questions in a manner that reflects an understanding of the department and property in general.
  • Accomplishes information technology staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains the organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
  • Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
