• Demonstrated experience and expertise in diverse business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in developing user stories including acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Business Process Modeling.
• Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
• Must have experience aligning with the business and effectively writing requirements for technology teams to delivery.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point,
• Must have strong relationship-building skills and communication skills.
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Must be willing and able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently – flexible during times of change.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Must be proficient in MS Office suite, with experience in Azure DevOps, and SharePoint.
• Must possess the desire and ability to multi-task and drive cross-functional teams to success.
